E. Allan Measom :: President & CEO
Allan Measom is a native Houstonian. He has worked in sales for more than 30 years.  Several years ago, while working for a technology company, he discovered an open opportunity to market a web based solution for visitor tracking in schools. Utilizing his close ties with law enforcement, Mr. Measom researched their wants and needs as well as those of school administrators.

Justin Waldrip :: Chief Technology Officer
Justin Waldrip is the chief developer and CTO for Raptor. He heads the Development Department, working directly with the developers on maintenance of current products as well as new product development.
