Tracking. V-soft tracks all your visitors, students, faculty and volunteers. A self-service kiosk mode tracks returning visitors, volunteers, and faculty, as well as students arriving late and leaving early. (Additional equipment may be required).
Alerts. V-soft instantly screens against sex offender databases across the country and can also screen for other potential threats such as individuals with restraining orders, custody issues, suspended or expelled students, known gang members, and more. V-soft uniquely sends instant alerts via email (including photo when available), text messaging to cell phones and pagers, and now voice alerts via cell or telephone at no extra charge. And only V-soft has FP Logic to help prevent continual false positive sex offender matches.
Reports. In addition, to on and off site accessibility, V-soft offers a variety of reporting options including: visitors, faculty and volunteer check in/out times; volunteer hours worked; student tardiness and early release times; activity by date range; sex offenders logged; and activity per individual school, facility, and entire districts. And you can run reports from any computer with an Internet connection.
Web-based. Our web-based platform provides capabilities stand-alone systems cannot. Currently 75,000-80,000 visitors are logged in at any given time, proving we offer a state-of-the-art software and hardware infrastructure.
